Job Summary

The Director/Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for all activities related to the development and execution of the Onkos product portfolio strategy and annual Marketing plans. This position will create a company culture of customer centricity and will insure departmental associates will support the commercial teams in revenue attainment objectives. The Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible for insuring voice of customer and proper market research analytics are incorporated into the portfolio plan. The Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible for all brand management, promotional collateral development, advertising and trade show relations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure department output is compliant with all current regulatory and quality standards.
  • Partner with commercial organization to own voice of customer and drives revenue attainment.
  • Create product positioning and brand awareness for all Onkos technologies.
  • Develop and maintains frequent communication with key Onkos customers and all HCP collaborators.
  • Serve as the company’s marketing leader, providing support in the area of marketing strategy and management.
  • Develop the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve company goals.
  • Provide leadership and/or support the design, development, and implementation of products and service lines.
  • Oversee and provide direction to market and competitor analysis.
  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the market research function.
  • Create an institutional and system-wide marketing reporting function that can track, measure and analyze performance.
  • Provide input and support to the company’s leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnership arrangements.
  • Provide marketing skills and expertise to the company by building, developing and managing a marketing team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Participate fully in professional societies and activities related to the health care and software industries in general and the marketing profession in particular.
  • Prepare presentations to explain the company’s current and future strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of medical device marketing leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
  • Strong financial acumen with previous P&L management experience.
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
