What will you do?

Vectorious has developed the world’s first in-heart microcomputer and is on a mission to transform heart failure treatment. As part of our first in-human clinical study, we have successfully implanted our sensory device in patients across Europe and Israel, while demonstrating a huge potential in helping millions of people living with heart failure to take control and manage their disease. As an increasingly growing company we've been accepted to FDA’s prestige Breakthrough Device Designation program.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and to support our meaningful growth.

What Will You Do?

  1. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the CI/CD infrastructure and pipeline architecture for all software products
  2. Own and drive the AWS cloud infrastructure, including architecture design, provisioning, cost optimization, and governance
  3. Manage AWS Organization structure, including multi-account strategy
  4. Take full responsibility for leading the cloud migration from our current single AWS account to a multi-account management architecture
  5. Own and manage the complete deployment lifecycle for all V-LAP software products as well as internal company products, including release planning, environment management, deployment automation, rollback procedures, and post-deployment monitoring
  6. Responsibility for Cyber Security matters including monitoring and deployment of application security tools: SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets scanning, and container image scanning, in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
  7. Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, standards and documentation across the team

What do you need to bring with you?

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in the same field
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps
  • Proven hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.) - mandatory; experience with Azure is an advantage
  • Experience with AWS Organizations and multi-account management
  • Experience with cloud migration projects is a strong advantage
  • Strong proficiency with GitHub (Actions, workflows, branch strategy) — mandatory; familiarity with GitLab CI is an advantage
  • Infrastructure as Code: AWS CDK is our primary tool — mandatory; knowledge of Terraform is an advantage
  • Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker
  • Proficiency in Python and scripting/automation
  • Security and compliance knowledge: DevSecOps practices, SOC2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, GDPR, HIPAA, and FDA Cybersecurity Guidelines
  • Familiarity with commercial security tools such as Black Duck, Coverity, Ostorlab, or Wiz is an advantage
  • Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and firewall configurations
