What will you do?:
- Lead the design, development, and verification of electromechanical systems and assemblies for medical devices.
- Design, develop, optimize, and improve Vectorious' mechanical components which are parts of electromechanical systems
- Lead the communicate with Engineering team regarding transfer to production of R&D electromechanical systems.
- Identify and resolve problems that occur due to design issues including multidisciplinary problems and/or vendor errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, quality, electrical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers.
- Develop, optimize, and improve integration & assembly processes
- Manage product development and design reviews as appropriate.
- Write and review ECO’s and ensure validations are performed properly.
- Support Engineering team in designing, building, testing and maintaining test fixtures used in manufacturing.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Stay updated with advancements in medical device technology and regulatory changes
- Conducts project meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the
- Identifies and reacts to system project problems and recommends solutions
Participate in risk management processes
in accordance with design input, the company's mission and goals.
Participate in formal design and development reviews

What do you need to bring with you?:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 year of experience as a system engineer role or similar
- Minimum 5 year of experience in medical device company.
- Proficiency with Solidworks
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 IEC60601-1
- Experience with multidisciplinary systems
- Proficiency with mechanical and manufacturing drawings
- Experience with implantable (class III) devices – an advantage
