this position reports to Senior Director of Office and Communication
What will you do?:
- Take full ownership of office operations, ensuring a functional, inspiring, and well-organized workspace, including maintenance, cleanliness, procurement, inventory, and overall office efficiency. (including Supervise the cleaning staff)
- Lead the execution of the company’s welfare plan, ensuring meaningful and engaging initiatives that enhance the employee experience and strengthen company culture.
- Plan and execute company events, Happy Hours, team-building activities, and holiday celebrations, fostering engagement and connection among employees.
- Oversee workplace services such as food, beverages, and kitchen supplies, managing vendor relations and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Manage the office and welfare budget, including expense tracking, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Serve as the welcoming face and heart of the company, sitting at the front desk, greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and handling calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage deliveries, office supplies, and local vendor relations to support smooth office operations.
- Own meeting room scheduling and office logistics to optimize workflow and ensure efficiency.
- Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and Finance on payroll, benefits administration, budget control, and strategic initiatives to support organizational goals.
What do you need to bring with you?:
- Work Setup: Full-time position from our offices in Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv (09:00–18:00). This is an on-site role (not hybrid).
- BA in Social Sciences or a related field – an advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in office management, administration or in an employee welfare role (in tech companies- advantage).
- A true people person with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution – from company-wide events to small-scale team activities. - advantage
- Hands-on experience with design and content creation tools (Canva, QR code etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English – mandatory.
- Highly independent, proactive, and able to make sound decisions.
- Service-oriented, positive, and solution-driven with a “can-do” attitude.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and work effectively under pressure.
