Vectorious has developed the world’s first in-heart microcomputer and is on a mission to transform heart failure treatment. As part of our first in-human clinical study, we have successfully implanted our sensory device in patients across Europe, while demonstrating a huge potential in helping millions of people living with heart failure to take control and manage their disease. As an increasingly growing company we’ve been accepted to FDA’s prestige Breakthrough Device Designation program.
We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Manager to join our Operations team
What will you do?:
- Manage manufacturing planning, material processes, prepare and update production schedules. Ensure operational alignment with production plan, engineering, and R&D activities.
- Management of manufacturing employees
- Sub-contractor’s management and follow-up
- Manufacturing management while ensuring full traceability.
- Take an active role in ECO & MRB activities related to materials, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Create, update, and maintain DMR based on inputs received from R&D/engineering teams and in accordance with manufacturing needs and quality demands.
What do you need to bring with you?:
- More than 3 years of experience as a manufacturing manager/team leader.
- More than 5 years of experience in a Medical Device manufacturing environment, with significant mechanical/ electromechanical content
- Degree in Engineering / related experience.
- Knowledge of planning and timing material, knowledge of the product tree structure, project management and analysis of data in Excel.
- Prior experience with multidisciplinary device manufacturing (experience with Implantable Devices – an advantage).
- Experience in an ISO 13485 Advantage
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Multi-Tasking, Organized and Hands-on
- Start Up culture oriented
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and writing)
