About our Company:
Universal DX, Inc. is an international Company with a highly experienced team focused on cracking cancer’s code. Through our multi-omics and bioinformatics models, we have figured out how to read the disease’s signals in blood with high accuracy to detect cancer in its earliest stages. Starting with a colorectal cancer screening liquid biopsy test, we are building a multi-cancer platform that can identify the unique DNA regions associated with different types of cancers.
The Opportunity:
Universal DX is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage incoming shipments, track inventory levels, and organize stock across our assay development laboratory. This role plays a critical part in keeping materials flowing efficiently by ensuring that consumables and reagents are received, labeled, logged, and properly stored. The Inventory Control Coordinator will work closely with the Lab Operations Manager and the broader Lab Operations team to support procurement workflows, collaborate with Finance and Quality on material receipt verification, maintain compliance documentation, and fulfill internal requests in a timely and accurate manner. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role essential to supporting a compliant and efficient laboratory environment.
What you will bring:
· High school diploma required, associate’s degree or coursework in a scientific, logistics, or technical field preferred
· 1–3 years of experience in lab inventory control, shipping/receiving, or lab supply management
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records of lot numbers, expiration dates, and storage conditions
· Familiarity with Excel, inventory tracking tools and/or inventory management software; LIMS experience is a plus. Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus.
· Understanding of FIFO inventory practices and proper storage requirements for laboratory reagents and consumables
· Ability to collaborate effectively with Lab Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure accurate and compliant material receipt
· Comfortable working in cold storage environments and lifting up to 50 lbs
· Clear communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
