Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Customer Check-ins: Regularly connect with customers to gather feedback on their experience with Tricog’s products and services, ensuring they are effectively using the products to meet their needs.
- Report Feedback to the Team: Collect and relay customer insights and feedback to the teams to inform continuous improvement and development efforts.
- Assist in Resolving Customer Issues: Work closely with the product team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any challenges or issues customers may face with our products, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor Product Usage: Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping customers maximize the value of Tricog’s solutions.
- Participate in Strategy Meetings: Contribute to internal meetings focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention strategies, providing insights and suggestions based on direct customer interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proficiency in Marathi: Strong communication skills in Marathi are essential.
Residency in Bangalore: Candidates must be based in Bangalore, as this role requires working from our office.
Eagerness to Learn: No specific educational or professional experience is required. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about learning and growing in a customer-facing role.
