Partner Success Manager – Tii Alliance
Reports to: Strategic Operations Director
Job Summary/Job Purpose:
The Partner Success Manager provides operational support and coordination for Tii Alliance’s partner partnerships, ensuring partner activities are efficient and aligned with organizational goals. As the primary point of contact for partners, this role manages communications, maintains documentation, tracks contract timelines and supports compliance processes. By helping streamline partner interactions and improve process efficiency, the position contributes to stronger partnerships, optimized partner performance and added value for the organization.
Essential Job Functions:
- Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners to build and maintain strong relationships to foster long term collaboration.
- Host recurring meetings with partners to review performance, identify opportunities, and address issues.
- Collaborate on marketing communications to highlight and promote the services offered by our Tii Alliance partner partners.
- Maintain an internal repository of Tii Alliance partner collateral that will be used for sales and marketing purposes.
- Contract & Compliance Oversight
- Maintain partner contracts from initiation through renewal, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Track contract deliverables, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams as needed for contract negotiations and compliance.
- Partner with Strategic Operations Director and associated team members to identify prospective Tii Alliance partners to support on-going initiatives.
- Operational Support
- Regularly meet with Innovation Lab Client Executive team members to educate them about our Tii Alliance partner offerings and promote their services.
- Assist with partner-related invoicing and financial tracking.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Strategic Alignment & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner services with business priorities.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value-add activities.
- Support partner onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
Education Requirements: BA or BS required – advanced degree preferred
Accreditation & Licensures Required & Preferred: None
Experience & Other Requirements: 2-5 years working in partner management or operations function in healthcare, tech industry, biotech or innovation.
Work Environment/Job Activities: Hybrid Environment: Virtual or in office based on applicant’s residence. Travel – up to 10%
