Key Responsibilities

• Process and analyze imaging data using computational tools.
• Assist in developing and optimizing workflows for data analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot experimental and technical challenges.
• Designing and assimilation machine learning models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in biological data analysis
• MSc or PhD degree in a relevant field (e.g., Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biophysics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or related field)
• Proven expertise in Python- Must, SQL - nice to have
• Understanding of statistics and data visualization for interpreting imaging results.
• Experience with Azure platform - preferred
• Experience with image analysis tools - preferred
• Experience with live imaging microscopy - preferred
