Brief Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer based in Colombia with expertise in Flutter for mobile development and a solid understanding of full-stack web technologies. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and optimize scalable applications while collaborating with a global team. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  • Implement and integrate responsive web solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure).
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure high-quality standards, and optimize for performance and security.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers in an agile environment.
  • Support and mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and technical guidance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong experience with Flutter & Dart for mobile development.
  • Proficiency in state management frameworks (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).
  • Experience in web development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, or similar frameworks).
  • Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • English Level B2+ (comfortable working in an English-speaking environment).
