THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently looking for a motivated individual for an iOS Technical Lead position. As an iOS Tech Lead at Sibel Health, you will manage and mentor our team of talented engineers to design and build mobile applications that will have a direct impact on users worldwide. We are looking for developers who want to build applications that support new and innovative hardware sensor technologies in the health and medical device industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

• Lead the design, development, documentation, and maintenance of iOS applications
• Oversee architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards
• Manage a small team of iOS developers, guiding their technical growth and career development
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through pair programming, documentation, and tech talks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cloud engineers around the globe to build products
• Help estimate effort, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery of features
• Act as the technical point of contact for iOS development within the organization

ABOUT YOU:

• BS degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines
• Spoken and written English proficiency
• 5 or more years in iOS development, 2 or more years in a leadership role (ex: tech lead)
• Experience in agile software development, revision control, and collaboration
• Experience in RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to backend services
• Experience in Bluetooth communication protocol and building BLE based mobile applications (Preferred)
• Experience with Unit Testing, UI Testing, and TDD.
• Experience in CI/CD (Plus)
