| Product Portfolio | Remidio diagnostic & screening devices (Neubo, Pristine, Visionix, ProRithm and related platforms) |
| Location | New Delhi / Multi-state travel (as per govt. programme deployment) |
| Reports To | Vice President - Govt Sales |
| Employment Type | Full-time |
Role Overview
The Market Access Manager – Government Sales will lead Remidio's engagement with government health systems, driving large-scale procurement opportunities across national and state health missions (NHM, RBSK, NPCB, PMJAY and equivalent programmes). This role sits at the intersection of policy, procurement and clinical technology — building relationships with bureaucrats and key government decision-makers, shaping tender and empanelment strategy, and converting policy dialogue into signed, revenue-generating contracts. The candidate will own the full cycle from opportunity identification and proposal development through to implementation oversight and revenue realisation.
Key Responsibilities
Government & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with bureaucrats, health secretaries, mission directors, and key decision-makers across state and central government health departments.
- Represent Remidio in government forums, health department meetings, and policy consultations relevant to screening and diagnostic technology adoption.
- Track state and central government health budgets, schemes, and policy announcements to identify emerging market access opportunities.
- Cultivate empanelment and pre-qualification status to strengthen eligibility for government tenders.
Proposal Development & Tendering
- Initiate and lead large-scale government proposals — CAPEX, PPP, and managed-service models — across programmes such as NHM, RBSK, NPCB, and PMJAY.
- Develop robust financial, deployment, and rollout models (district/facility-wise phasing, device costing, patient throughput projections) in coordination with the proposals team.
- Prepare and submit responsive, compliant tender documents, EOIs, and RFP responses within government procurement timelines.
- Draft policy recommendation papers and eligibility submissions to support favourable tender conditions for Remidio's product categories.
Implementation & Revenue Ownership
- Own the transition from contract award to on-ground implementation, coordinating with clinical, logistics, and training teams to ensure timely rollout.
- Monitor programme milestones, device deployment schedules, and utilisation metrics to ensure contracted revenue targets are achieved.
- Resolve implementation bottlenecks with government counterparts — procurement delays, site readiness, billing and reconciliation issues.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and revenue tracking for all government accounts under management.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with product, clinical affairs, and regulatory teams to align proposals with product capability and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams on pricing structures, contract terms, and government payment cycles.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor tracking to inform pricing and positioning strategy for government accounts.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's in Public Health/Health Administration preferred.
Experience
- 12 years of experience in government/institutional sales, market access, or public health programme management, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated track record of managing large-value government tenders and proposals (crore-scale deals).
- Prior experience working with National Health Mission, state health departments, or public procurement bodies is strongly preferred.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tendering norms, GeM/e-procurement platforms, and public health scheme architecture.
- Excellent proposal writing, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with senior bureaucrats and government officials.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multi-month, multi-stakeholder sales cycles independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states/regions.
What Remidio Offers
- The opportunity to lead high-impact public health technology deployments at scale across India.
- Direct exposure to senior government stakeholders and national health policy initiatives.
- A performance-driven role with significant ownership of revenue outcomes and career growth potential.
