Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Specialist with a strong clinical understanding of ophthalmology and optometry to drive product adoption, user engagement, and product evolution across our ophthalmic solutions portfolio.
The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between clinicians, customers, and product development teams, ensuring that our products effectively address real-world clinical workflows and deliver meaningful value to end users.
This role is particularly suited for professionals with an Optometry background who possess strong product orientation, customer engagement skills, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery through technology.
Key Responsibilities
    • Drive clinical adoption and effective utilization of Remidio products across customer sites.
    • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering, analyzing, and translating user feedback into product improvements.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clinical workflows, screening programs, and ophthalmic diagnostic practices.
    • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical Affairs, and Commercial teams to define and prioritize product enhancements.
    • Conduct field visits, customer interactions, and product evaluations to identify adoption challenges and improvement opportunities.
    • Support product launches, pilot programs, and clinical validation initiatives.
    • Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational programs for customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Monitor product performance and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.
    • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs within ophthalmology and vision care.
Key Requirements
    • Strong understanding of ophthalmic clinical workflows and customer requirements.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to engage effectively with optometrists, ophthalmologists, healthcare administrators, and technical teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to translate clinical insights into product requirements and business outcomes.
    • Willingness to travel for customer visits, product evaluations, and training programs.
    • Experience in product management, clinical applications, product training, or customer success within healthcare technology is an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Optometry, Vision Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare discipline.
    • 3+ years of experience in ophthalmology, optometry, medical devices, healthcare technology, or clinical product management.
    • Prior experience working with ophthalmic diagnostic devices, imaging systems, or vision care solutions is highly preferred.
