Summary:
We are seeking a Trainee- IT System Admin to join our dynamic IT department. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in IT and a strong passion for learning and growing in the field of system administration. This role will provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you develop your skills and knowledge in IT systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
- Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect IT systems and data
- Collaborate with IT team members to support projects and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in system administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in IT system administration or a related role
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
