<div> <div><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Receiving the materials from the Logistic Department for Inspection and ensure whether the quantities received are as per the Gate entry number. </li> <li>Able to read the drawings and Review of drawing Revision number by referring latest BOM</li> <li>Inspection of materials as per drawings specifications &amp; as per sampling plan.</li> <li> Sending the rework material to the store department with appropriate tags to send the material to the vendor for rework. </li> <li>Move the accepted materials to the store department with green tag and rejected materials with red tag to the rejected area. </li> <li>Maintaining the inspection reports along with Gate entry, |QR, NCMR &amp; Inspection reports. </li> <li>Ensuring whether the vendor has sent inspection reports and Material certificates for the parts. </li> <li>Regular calibration of the measuring instruments to minimize the measurement uncertainty &amp; ensure proper working of the same. </li> <li>Preparing rejection trend analysis monthly basis and send to reporting manager.</li> </ul> <div><br></div> </div>
