Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources department as an Intern for 6 Months. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in the field of HR and develop their skills in a professional setting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support HR team with employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with organizing and coordinating HR events and activities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Support the digitalization process for HR team with documentation, process management etc.
- Working & updating on the HRMS.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a other field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
