About Remidio Innovative Solutions
At Remidio, we’re building products that help detect eye disease and systemic diseases through the eye, early—often before patients even know something is wrong. Our AI-powered screening solutions are used in clinics, optical stores, hospitals, and large public health programs across India and globally.
This is healthcare where products meet the real world—busy clinics, frontline health workers, imperfect infrastructure, and millions of patients who need solutions that actually work.
Who This Role Is For
This role is for builders and learners, not spectators.
If you:
  • Learn fast
  • Ask uncomfortable questions
  • Are willing to go to the field to understand reality
  • Don’t mind ambiguity
  • Are okay working hard when the problem matters
…you’ll thrive here.
Prior product experience is nice to have, not required. Learning agility, ownership, and curiosity matter far more.
What You’ll Do
Learn From the Ground Up
  • Spend time in the field: clinics, hospitals, screening camps, optical stores
  • Observe how doctors, technicians, and patients actually use our products
  • Learn where things break, confuse, or slow people down
Build Products That Work in the Real World
  • Translate real-world problems into product ideas and requirements
  • Work closely with engineering, AI, design, and clinical teams
  • Help shape features across devices, software, and AI algorithms
  • Test, iterate, and improve based on feedback—not assumptions
Own Outcomes Early
  • Take ownership of small but important product areas early on
  • Track what’s working, what’s not, and why
  • Support pilots, launches, and deployments
  • Learn how regulated healthcare products are built and scaled
Grow Into a Strong Product Leader
  • Learn product thinking, prioritization, and execution by doing
  • Develop an intuition for users, markets, and trade-offs
  • Get exposure to AI, medical devices, regulation, and global health
What We’re Looking For
Non-Negotiables
  • Strong learning agility and intellectual curiosity
  • Willingness to work hard and take responsibility
  • Comfort with ambiguity and imperfect information
  • Willingness to travel to the field and learn directly from users
  • Clear thinking and the ability to communicate simply
Good Signals (Any of These Help)
  • Background in engineering, science, design, medicine, or analytics
  • Internships, projects, or startups where you built or shipped something
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, AI, or impact-driven products
  • Ability to listen deeply and synthesize insights
What We Don’t Care Much About
  • Fancy job titles
  • Perfect resumes
  • Knowing all the answers on Day 1
Why This Role Is Special
  • You’ll work on products that impact millions of patients
  • You’ll learn faster than in most “safe” product roles
  • You’ll see how AI moves from a model to real clinical decisions
  • You’ll get responsibility early and grow with the company
  • You’ll learn by being close to customers, not slides
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months In)
  • You understand our users better than most people in the room
  • You can independently drive parts of the product roadmap
  • Engineers and clinicians trust your judgment
  • You’re turning field insights into better products
