About Remidio Innovative Solutions :At Remidio, we build products that enable early detection of eye diseases—and systemic conditions through the eye—often before patients experience symptoms. Our AI-powered screening solutions are deployed across clinics, optical stores, hospitals, and large-scale public health programs in India and globally. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and real-world impact, working in environments where products must perform reliably in busy clinics and resource-constrained settings.
Who This Role Is For
This role is designed for early-career professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to learn by doing.
You will do well here if you:
    • Learn quickly and are comfortable asking questions
    • Are open to field exposure to understand real user needs
    • Can work with evolving problem statements and imperfect information
    • Are motivated to work hard on problems that have meaningful impact
Prior product management experience is not required. Curiosity, ownership, and a strong learning mindset are more important.
What You’ll Do:
Learn From the Ground Up
    • Spend time in clinics, hospitals, screening camps, and optical stores
    • Observe how doctors, technicians, and patients use our products
    • Identify usability gaps, workflow challenges, and on-ground constraints
Contribute to Real-World Product Development
    • Translate field insights into clear product requirements
    • Work closely with engineering, AI, design, and clinical teams
    • Support feature development across devices, software, and AI workflows
    • Participate in testing, iteration, and feedback-driven improvements
Take Ownership Early (With Support)
    • Own defined product modules or features under mentorship
    • Track what is working, what is not, and why
    • Support pilots, deployments, and early user feedback
    • Learn how regulated healthcare products are designed, validated, and scaled
Build Your Product Management Foundations
    • Develop skills in problem framing, prioritization, and execution
    • Build intuition for users, markets, and trade-offs
Gain exposure to medical devices, AI systems, regulatory pathways, and public health programs
What We’re Looking For
Essential Attributes
    • Strong learning agility and curiosity
    • Willingness to take responsibility and follow through
    • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements
    • Openness to field travel and user engagement
    • Clear communication and structured thinking
Helpful Background (Nice to Have)
    • Education in engineering, science, design, medicine, or analytics
    • Internships, academic projects, or startup experience
    • Interest in healthcare, AI, or impact-driven technology
    • Ability to listen carefully and synthesize insights
What Matters Less
    • Prior PM titles
    • Perfect resumes or linear career paths
    • Knowing everything on Day 1
Why This Role Is a Strong Start to Your Career
    • You’ll work on products that impact large patient populations
    • You’ll learn faster than in many low-risk, desk-only product roles
    • You’ll see how AI moves from models to real clinical decision support
    • You’ll get meaningful responsibility early, with mentorship
    • You’ll learn directly from users and real deployments—not just documents
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
    • You demonstrate strong understanding of users and clinical workflows
    • You independently drive defined product areas under guidance
    • Engineering and clinical teams trust your inputs
    • You consistently translate field insights into product improvements
