About the Job
This role owns digital visibility, inbound growth, and marketing measurement. It is responsible for translating content, campaigns, and spend into qualified leads, pipeline impact, and clear ROI across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Platforms and SEO Own the website, landing pages, and SEO performance Optimise journeys for engagement, conversion, and lead quality
- Social Media and Distribution Own social strategy and execute strategic presence on social media handles Amplify launches, campaigns, leadership visibility, and key milestones
- Performance Marketing Plan and optimise paid campaigns if required Own retargeting and conversion optimisation Drive inbound demand aligned to revenue priorities
- Creative Campaigns Conceptualise and run high-impact digital campaigns Develop formats such as use-case campaigns, event-led campaigns, KOL and thought-leadership series, and disease awareness initiatives Simplify complex science into compelling, high-performing campaign narratives Test, iterate, and scale creative approaches based on performance data
- Marketing Operations and Analytics Own lead funnel tracking from lead to qualified lead and closure in partnership with sales Build dashboards for campaign ROI, channel performance, and budget efficiency Ensure attribution clarity and operational discipline
- Reporting and Insights Provide leadership with clear, actionable performance insights and recommendations
- Success Metrics Qualified inbound leads and pipeline contribution Campaign ROI and conversion efficiency Website and SEO performance Clear visibility into marketing spend versus outcomes
- Experience and Skills 7-8 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing operations Strong B2B experience,
