ABOUT THE ROLE
The Inside Sales, Lead Intelligence and Analytics Specialist plays a critical role at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology. The role is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, enabling demos, and driving higher conversion efficiency through structured analysis, process optimization, and AI-enabled tools.
Beyond handling enquiries, this role owns early-stage funnel intelligence and provides actionable insights that improve lead quality, sales prioritization, and scalability across markets and programs.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Strong understanding of Remidio’s product portfolio through structured product training
• Proficiency in Zoho, Microsoft Excel, and digital communication tools
• Ability to analyze lead data across multiple sources such as website, WhatsApp, campaigns, and events
• Understanding of lead qualification frameworks and conversion funnels
• Ability to track and interpret key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, response times, and drop-offs
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools for call summaries, lead tagging, follow-up drafting, and pattern recognition
• Ability to create reports and dashboards for internal review
• Familiarity with automation tools, chat systems, and analytics platforms is an advantage.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the first point of contact for inbound prospects across calls, WhatsApp, website chat, and digital campaigns
• Qualify leads based on intent, readiness, use case, and potential value
• Maintain accurate and structured records of all interactions in the CRM system
• Use AI-assisted tools to summaries calls, capture objections, and standardise follow-ups
• Enable efficient demo scheduling by handing over high-intent, context-rich leads to the sales team
• Track and analyze lead movement across enquiry, demo, and conversion stages
• Identify reasons for drop-off and share insights with sales and marketing teams
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead performance, conversion efficiency, and trends
• Support scaling initiatives such as school screening programs, outreach campaigns, and regional activations by standardising qualification and reporting frameworks
• Continuously improve scripts, qualification logic, and response templates based on data and outcomes
• Act as a feedback loop between customers, sales, marketing, and product teams
• Track usage and effectiveness of marketing assets and highlight content gaps that impact lead conversion
• Support post-event and webinar follow-up by analysing lead conversion and recommending improvements to follow-up journeys
• Analyse lead behaviour by persona, geography, and use case and share insights to support segmentation and targeting strategies
• Capture relevant customer insights and quotes that can support case studies, testimonials, and credibility-building marketing initiatives
