Executive - HR (Operations)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage core HR operational functions with a strong focus on Payroll Management, HRIS Administration, and Employee Experience. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR service delivery while fostering a culture of engagement, transparency, and compliance across the organization.

Job Description
Payroll & Compliance
· Process monthly payroll accurately and in coordination with the finance team, ensuring timely salary disbursements
· Validate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, LOPs, and variable components
· Generate salary slips, Form 16, and resolve tax-related employee queries
· Ensure compliance with statutory obligations including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other applicable labor laws
· Manage full & final settlements, bonus payouts, and other exit-related financials
· Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and submitting necessary documentation
HR Operations
· Maintain and regularly update employee records across HRMS, spreadsheets, and physical files
· Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, background verification, and induction
· Process confirmations, internal transfers, and organizational announcements in a timely and structured manner
· Respond to employee queries related to policies, leave, and general HR operations
· HRIS / HRMS Management
· Support the administration and upkeep of HRIS/HRMS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
· Collaborate with vendors/IT teams for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and training rollouts
· Leverage system data to generate reports and analytics for HR planning and decision-making
Employee Engagement & Experience
Support employee engagement initiatives, including coordination events and trainings, team-building activities, surveys, and recognition programs
Act as a key touchpoint for employee concerns, helping to build a transparent and inclusive work environment.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle management
· Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms, ideally KEKA
· Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll tax regulations, and statutory compliance
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
