- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions

- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

- Train production staff on new processes and equipment

- Maintain accurate production records and reports

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- 0-1 year of experience in a production department

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus
