The successful candidate will work to drive the expansion of MIVO-based products across international markets, managing a set of existing and new customers. Your studies are in biology or biotechnology, and you are passionate about sales. You are ambitious and you want to grow quickly in an international company with headquarters in Genoa and worldwide customers. If you like to create an impact on solving societal challenges, such as cancer treatment, don’t hesitate to apply!Main activities and responsibilities:- You will execute, promote and suggest several digital activities to attract prospects and generate new leads, including social media and scientific communities.- You will answer our clients’ questions about our products both technical and scientific.- You will take care of our contacts along the customer journey, explain the advantages of our products and how MIVO® technology can boost their research, and arrange both pre- and post-sales meetings.- You will deliver sales presentations solo and in tandem with R&D people to understand customers’ needs, write quotes and close negotiations.- You will create strong business relationships worldwide and develop a sense of team with the R&D people and Executives to support daily operations and help drive sales of the most recent innovations of the company.- You will keep updated professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Your Profile:- You share our vision, you are passionate and ambitious.- You are outgoing and proactive, with a problem-solver attitude and team-player mentality.- University degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering or similar.- Interested in digital channels and technology; excited to learn new tools.- Comfortable with Excel and data analysis; able to make PowerPoint presentations to show results.- Fluent in spoken and written English; enjoy interacting with people with different technical backgrounds.- Available to travel and attend events, training lessons, and customer visits.- No high prior sales experience required; we will train you to become a top sales specialist.We will consider as an advantage:- Experience with any CRM system.- Sales background in relevant organizations (pharma, biotech, academia).- Ph.D. or equivalent degree with experience in cellular biology and/or pharmacology.- We look forward to receiving your online application and knowing more about your talent!
