We're looking for a hungry, high-ownership Growth Manager to help drive bookings for Leland's core Marketplace business. This person will own several of our most exciting growth channels — influencer marketing, event marketing, and partnerships — and will work closely with team members on performance Marketing, lifecycle marketing, and the GM of Marketplace to hit aggressive growth targets. What you'll be doing:

• Drive overall Marketplace bookings, your goal is efficient and robust growth for the business, with a sharp eye on what channels and tactics are actually working

• Own influencer marketing, event marketing, and partnerships end-to-end for our Marketplace business — strategy, execution, and results

• Build scalable playbooks for each channel and become the internal expert on what moves the needle

• Dig into funnel data across top, middle, and bottom to understand where opportunities are and where we're losing people

• Run structured experiments, measure results, and iterate quickly based on what you find

• Partner closely with Performance Marketing and Lifecycle to make sure channels are working together

• Find and test new marketing opportunities that can move the business

What we're looking for:

• 0-3 years of experience in growth, marketing, strategy, operations, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment

• A true owner — you take accountability for outcomes, you don't wait around for direction, and you find a way to get things done

• Strong analytical instincts; you're comfortable in data and you use it to make decisions

• Energetic, hardworking, and genuinely excited to build something

• Great communicator who can work cross-functionally without dropping balls

• Scrappy and creative — you don't need a big budget or a big team to make things happen
