As a Growth & Ops Intern on our Programs & Livestreams teams, you'll work directly alongside the people running Leland's live programming: keeping livestreams running smoothly, helping deliver world-class programs, and making sure every customer has an exceptional experience. Role and Responsibilities:
Livestreams
Coordinate with livestream hosts and facilitators to confirm virtual logistics, schedules, and technical needs
Support virtual livestreams by managing chat functions, sharing links, assisting speakers on video platforms, and helping run giveaways and promotions
Maintain and update event listings to ensure dates, times, descriptions, and links are accurate across platforms
Execute repeatable event processes on a consistent weekly schedule
Monitor event readiness in advance and flag issues or discrepancies proactively
Assist with post-event tasks, including follow-ups and operational clean-up
Programs
Help instructors get set up and ready before each session, keeping things on track so the experience feels seamless for students
Support the development of course materials, including syllabi, slide decks, and customer communications, using an established playbook
Assist with student-facing communications before, during, and after sessions
For the right intern, opportunity to directly kick off bootcamp sessions. Get in front of 40+ customers to orient them to the course and set the tone
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
Reliable, organized, and comfortable following structured processes week over week
Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially over email and with groups
Comfortable on video; confident helping run live sessions on Zoom and similar platforms
Available 20 hours per week, with some evening availability
Able to start immediately; preference given to applicants who can continue through the fall semester and into the winter.
