In-Person Position
OXOS is searching for a Sales Operations Intern to join our high-growth company. You will join a dynamic team of passionate people who work daily to change how radiographic diagnostics are delivered. OXOS’ mission is to increase access and availability using the world’s first portable Dynamic Digital Radiography devices.
Responsibilities
As the Sales Operations Intern, you will support the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Team with database management, shipping/logistics, and other sales-related initiatives. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within a fast-paced medical technology startup. The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Database Management Support
- Assist with Salesforce and Netsuite updates, audits, and maintenance.
- Ensure customer and sales data is accurate, up to date, and reliable.
- Participate in regular data audits to identify and resolve inaccuracies
Shipping and Logistics Support
- Assist with shipping coordination, inventory tracking, and product delivery.
- Monitor KPIs related to shipping, inventory, and returns to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Support logistics for marketing events and trade shows.
Sales Operations & Cross-Functional Support
- Contribute to developing and refining sales systems and processes.
- Support distributor and sales teams with tools and resources to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align on initiatives.
- Help prepare reports on sales operations metrics and provide insight.
- Assist in creating customer training materials.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Netsuite, or similar systems (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take initiative.
This is a paid full-time position from September through December 2025
