About the Role

You will play a dual role, managing clinical studies and overseeing the site operations at Nutromics Clinical Research Centre based in Brunswick.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver study protocols
  • Recruit, screen, consent, and monitor study participants, ensuring safety and protocol adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, HREC, and TGA regulations
  • Collect, enter, and manage study data in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Oversee site operations, including scheduling with Sr CRA, and facility management
  • Liaison between study Investigators
  • Prepare and submit study updates, reports, and adverse event documentation to RGO / HREC
  • Monitor study progress and assist with site audits or monitoring visits
  • Act as the point of contact for study participants, ensuring they are informed

About you:

  • Must be AHPRA registered
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Must have experience working in clinical research, ideally as a clinical trials coordinator or similar.
  • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and TGA regulations
  • Hands-on experience administering clinical study protocols, including medical assessments and follow-up care for study participants
  • Proficiency in managing clinical trial data, including accurate documentation and use of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and management of Investigator Site Files
