At Navi Medical Technologies, we are building technology to transform the safety and accuracy of vascular access for high-risk patients — including newborns, children, and critically ill adults. Our flagship innovation, the Neonav® ECG Tip Location System, is designed to support precise catheter placement and ongoing surveillance in environments such as NICU, PICU, and vascular access departments. We are now looking for a VP of Commercial Operations (USA) to lead our expansion into the United States medical device market. THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a foundational leadership role.Working directly with Navi's CEO and executive team, you will build and lead our US commercial strategy from the ground up — driving early adoption, securing key hospital partnerships, and scaling a high-performing commercial organisation.Initially, this is a hands-on, “first on the ground” role. Over time, it evolves into leading a national commercial team and shaping long-term strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES:Commercial Strategy & Market Development- Define and execute the US go-to-market strategy- Drive adoption across NICU, PICU, and vascular access teams- Build relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and hospital stakeholders- Establish partnerships with IDNs and GPOs- Identify and prioritise high-value hospital systems Sales Leadership- Personally lead early commercial activity and key accounts- Build and scale the US sales team- Set targets, KPIs, and forecasting processes- Support pilot sites, clinical evaluations, and early adopters Marketing & Positioning- Lead US messaging, positioning, and clinical value proposition- Oversee development of marketing and clinical education materials- Ensure alignment with regulatory and clinical standards Commercial Operations- Build systems across CRM, logistics, and customer support- Align US operations with global manufacturing and supply- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations Leadership- Act as the bridge between US operations and global leadership- Contribute to company strategy, fundraising, and product roadmap- Build a high-performance, execution-focused culture WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:- 8–10+ years in senior commercial roles within medical devices- Proven success selling into US hospitals- Experience launching new technologies in the US market- Strong network across clinicians, distributors, and hospital systems- Deep understanding of hospital procurement and value analysis processes You’ll also bring:- A highly entrepreneurial mindset- Strong execution bias- Ability to operate hands-on in a startup environment- Credibility with both clinical and executive stakeholders WHY JOIN NAVI?- Build and scale a US business from the ground up- Work with a clinically driven, high-impact technology- Join a fast-growing, Venture-backed medtech company entering a pivotal phase- Play a key role in improving outcomes for vulnerable patients COMPENSATION:We offer a competitive executive-level package, including:- Attractive Executive Base salary- Performance-based incentives tied to commercial milestones- Equity participation- Employee & Healthcare benefits If you’re excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up and lead commercial expansion in a high-impact medtech company, we’d love to hear from you.
