INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
MY01 is looking for a Clinical Education Program Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-moving, collaborative, and high-performing startup environment while working alongside a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable individuals. The Clinical Education Program Manager is a field-based role as a subject matter expert supporting and leading development of education and training of new customer accounts, as well as new company hires. This position requires clinical experience ideally in orthopedics, sports medicine, trauma, vascular or critical care. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical acumen with a solid understanding of adult learning principles, demonstrating the ability to create and deliver a clear and concise educational message to all levels of healthcare professionals.
The Clinical Education Program Manager will report directly to the Director of Medical Education and will work a total of 40 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Medical Education
- Provide clinicians and medical staff in-person, hands on education to ensure utilization of the MY01 solution and proper preparation and insertion of the MY01 monitor
- Coordinate planning and logistics for, as well as conduct, in-services and product trainings for all healthcare levels and specialties
- Develop hospital programs through strategic implementation of acute compartment syndrome protocols
- Identify partners and build relationships across a multi-specialty team
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all accounts and customers
- Meet requirements and maintain status on vendor credentialing systems for account access
- Collaborate in developing, facilitating, and moderating educational webinars, podcasts, and in-person programs
- Conduct evaluation of medical education events for impact and effectiveness
Internal Sales Training
- Provide training to sales new hires and distributor partners across new hire onboarding and continuing education including new devices or indications as developed
- Acts as subject matter expert in acute compartment syndrome
- Design, develop and implement clinical and sales related education processes, materials, and tools
- Attend conference regularly to support product discussions, meet with prospective and current customers, as well as, to maintain clinical expertise in the market to enable creation of material for training sales on relevant topics
- Conduct evaluation of training programs and material related to overall effectiveness and impact of education
General
- Manage individual travel budget
- Complete all assigned training on time
- Routine travel to visit sights across the US is required for this position. 50-75%
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
- Possess strong clinical acumen
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in time management, planning and prioritization
- Ability to work independently while remaining a connected member of a remote team
- Ability to travel
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems.
PREFERRED
● Degree in RN, NP, PA, Kinesiology
● Experience in ICU, CCU, ACS, ,
● Education experience as an athletic trainer, nurse educator or in medical device
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience with learning management system administration
- Is a team player and collaborates well with others.
- Experienced in instructional design
- Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative in solving problems and implementing improvements.
- Skilled in program development, and
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Requires frequent travel
- Requires some evening and weekend work
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires ability to be seated for a prolonged period of time
- May require prolonged standing
- May require wearing PPE on occasion for hospital or lab work
