1. Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all Device and Logistics support for Medable projects

  • Works with Global Services Vendor Manager to procure Study Devices

  • Develops deployment strategies for all Medable equipment to include destination country, customs’ considerations, costs, timelines and more

  • Responds to shipping complaints, lost items, damages

  • Analyzes, automates and documents procedures

  • Manages all inbound and outbound shipments and helps define Study specific Inventory strategy

  • Facilitates correspondence with vendors for needed support

  • Communicates in all directions to keep associates, peers, and Management advised of project status, process changes, and opportunities

  • Develops, deploys and manages study specific distribution and logistics strategies

  • Facilitates Supply Chain and Logistics related efficiency and capability improvements

  • Enables the execution of Medable’s Global/Regional Delivery strategy

  • Other duties as assigned

2. Skills & Experience

  • Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Strong project management, prioritization and follow up skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced working environment
  • Must have strong organization skills
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Proven self-starter - takes initiative
  • Ability to make rapid and effective business decisions based on data and analysis

3. Years of Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Import and/or Export Logistics experience or a combination of education and experience

4. Minimum Level of Education

  • High school diploma


Preferred Degree/Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Software Skills

  • Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Smartsheets

5. Travel Requirements

  • As required
