1. Responsibilities
Coordinates all Device and Logistics support for Medable projects
Works with Global Services Vendor Manager to procure Study Devices
Develops deployment strategies for all Medable equipment to include destination country, customs’ considerations, costs, timelines and more
Responds to shipping complaints, lost items, damages
Analyzes, automates and documents procedures
Manages all inbound and outbound shipments and helps define Study specific Inventory strategy
Facilitates correspondence with vendors for needed support
Communicates in all directions to keep associates, peers, and Management advised of project status, process changes, and opportunities
Develops, deploys and manages study specific distribution and logistics strategies
Facilitates Supply Chain and Logistics related efficiency and capability improvements
Enables the execution of Medable’s Global/Regional Delivery strategy
Other duties as assigned

- Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong project management, prioritization and follow up skills.

- Ability to make rapid and effective business decisions based on data and analysis
3. Years of Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Import and/or Export Logistics experience or a combination of education and experience
4. Minimum Level of Education
- High school diploma
Preferred Degree/Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree
Software Skills
- Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Smartsheets
5. Travel Requirements
- As required
