Senior Director, Device & Logistics Sales

1. Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth
- Own and exceed an annual sales quota for device and logistics solutions
- Drive net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound, partner, and internal leads
- Lead deal strategy from first conversation through contract execution
Sales Execution
- Position device sourcing, kitting, global logistics, reverse logistics, and lifecycle management as strategic enablers—not commodities
- Navigate complex buying committees including Clinical Ops, Digital, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Legal
- Develop pricing, deal structures, and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Manage long sales cycles with discipline, urgency, and executive presence
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility and scalability
- Translate customer requirements into executable solutions
- Provide structured feedback from the field to influence roadmap and service evolution
Market Intelligence
- Stay current on clinical trial operations, DCT models, and evolving device/logistics requirements
- Track competitor offerings and pricing dynamics
- Identify repeatable use cases that can be productized or standardized over time
- Other duties as assigned
2. Experience
- 12+ years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, clinical trials, logistics, devices, or complex services, or a combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals
- Experience selling into pharma, biotech, or CRO organizations
3. Skills
- Comfortable operating in regulated, compliance-driven environments
- Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal structure
4. Education, Certifications, Licenses
- BS degree in business administration, economics, life sciences or a related field
- Preferred Degree/CertificationMBA / Master´s degree
