The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a key role in driving growth by creating qualified meetings and Sales-accepted leads. You’ll be responsible for executing targeted outbound campaigns and rapidly following up on inbound leads. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you’ll be the bridge that connects high-intent prospects to meaningful sales conversations.
This role is based in Singapore and requires flexibility to overlap with US working hours.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting into Tier-1 healthcare accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn, while personalizing outreach with relevant triggers such as hiring, EMR or CCaaS projects, and AI governance initiatives.
- Manage inbound leads by responding within SLA timelines, qualifying against the ideal customer profile (ICP), and routing them to Account Executives.
- Conduct account research and multi-thread key decision-makers, ensuring clean notes, next steps, and engagement history are logged accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain a tight feedback loop with Marketing to share insights on messaging effectiveness, common objections, and content gaps that can improve conversion rates.

Requirements
- 1–3+ years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS environments; enterprise or healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong phone presence and concise writing skills with proven ability to handle volume while maintaining quality.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clearbit or ZoomInfo.
- Ability to work a Singapore-based schedule with overlap into US time zones.
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to AI, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS sales.
- Experience working with Account Executives in long-cycle or consultative sales environments.
- Understanding of marketing and SDR collaboration for inbound and outbound funnels.
