You’ll be responsible for building scalable, data-driven growth systems spanning inbound, outbound, partner, and field marketing.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and the CMO to deliver measurable pipeline growth, shorten payback periods, and position KeyReply as the category leader in applied AI for healthcare and enterprise automation.
What You’ll Do

- Launch multi-channel demand generation programs across paid search, social, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and field events.
- Accelerate website growth with SEO roadmaps, high-converting pages, and continuous improvements to conversion and demo flows.
- Partner with SDRs to define lead scoring and routing SLAs, develop sequences and talk tracks, and improve meeting rates and pipeline conversion.
- Run partner co-marketing campaigns with Microsoft and key ecosystem partners, including joint briefs, “better-together” plays, and webinars.
- Strengthen marketing operations through multi-touch attribution, funnel instrumentation, and dashboards that track traffic, leads, opportunities, and wins.
- Act as a player-coach for the SDR, generalist, and content specialist team while selectively managing agencies.
- Collaborate with the CMO and agency partners to ensure US/AU-ready positioning and proof for the brand.
