The Opportunity:

The role of the software engineer is being profoundly transformed by AI. We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Software Engineer who is not just a coder, but an architect and problem-solver ready to build, deploy, and manage sophisticated, AI-driven applications for a global audience. You will work across the entire tech stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services and cloud infrastructure, developing robust and scalable solutions. Your role is critical in translating product vision into high-quality, production-ready software that serves our international healthcare clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full-stack applications for the KeyReply global platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions for our overseas markets.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence within our China development center.
• Manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure that supports our global services, ensuring reliability and performance.

AI-Augmented Responsibilities:

• Act as the final architect and quality guarantor for code generated by AI copilots and generative tools, rigorously reviewing, debugging, and securing all outputs to ensure they meet production-ready standards for a sensitive, global healthcare context.
• Develop mastery in prompt engineering for software development, writing explicit prompts to guide AI coding assistants in generating complex and accurate code, tests, and documentation.
• Shift focus from routine coding to higher-level problem-solving, including designing complex system architecture, ensuring seamless integration between AI models and backend services, and fortifying the security and compliance of the entire AI-driven development process for international regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Implement and manage MLOps pipelines to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and updating of machine learning models serving our global user base.

What You'll Bring (Core Qualifications):

• 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and back-end programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, Rust)6.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)7.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps principles is a significant advantage.
