This role serves as a subject matter expert in benefits administration, leave management, HR systems, people analytics, compliance, and operational excellence.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building, improving, and modernizing People Operations processes in a high-growth environment. font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with third-party leave administrators, HR Business Partners, managers, and payroll to support leave administration, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate documentation and records.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">HRIS Management & Employee Lifecycle</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the primary administrator for the company's HRIS, ensuring employee data is accurate, secure, and maintained with integrity across systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Configure and support system workflows, business processes, security roles, reporting, and integrations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain process documentation, data governance standards, and system procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support the development and maintenance of People metrics, dashboards, and reporting, providing insights on headcount, hiring, retention, turnover, engagement, leave utilization, and other workforce trends.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Leverage HR technology, AI, and analytics tools to improve reporting capabilities, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with People leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
