Indee Lab’s non-viral delivery platform, Hydropore, is a robust solution that overcomes the limitations of electroporation, viral transduction, and other non-viral transfection methods. Hydropore is being developed in collaboration with 3 of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies, various biotechs and leading research institutions including UC San Francisco, Stanford, Medical University of South Carolina, the National Cancer Institute and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease among others.
We are seeking a Head of Sales to join the team full-time to accelerate the growth of Hydropore. Indee Labs is headquartered in Berkeley, CA, and accommodates hybrid work. This position will be located in the Bay Area and work travel will be required.

Responsibilities
Run the sales function for Hydropore starting with our Research Use Only instrument and chips in the discovery-stage cell therapy marketTake ownership of high-quality revenue growth and deliver measurable results using tools like digital marketing and industry-specific conferencesInterface with science team to ensure customers are happy with their purchases straight out of the gateTake initial responsibility for onboarding new customersRequirements
Bachelors, Masters, Doctorate or Postdoc with 5+ years of sales experience for scientific instrumentsExperience in growing sales for Research Use Only instruments especially in the cell & gene therapy marketExperience leveraging both traditional and digital channels to grow brand recognition and revenueProactive in using tools like LinkedIn to set meetings and grow salesFamiliarity with Hubspot CRM and other digital marketing toolsComfortable communicating complex topics to a variety of people with different backgroundsDemonstrated commercial success!Preferred Skills
