Indee Lab’s non-viral delivery platform, Hydropore, is a robust solution that overcomes the limitations and costs of electroporation, viral transduction, and other non-viral transfection methods. Hydropore is being developed in collaboration with 3 of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies, various biotechs and leading research institutions including UC San Francisco, Stanford, Medical University of South Carolina, the National Cancer Institute and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease among others.
We are seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist, Immunology to join the team full time to accelerate the biological development of Hydropore at our Berkeley office. Indee Labs is headquartered in Berkeley, CA and accommodates remote work. This position will be located in Berkeley, CA and occasional work travel may be required.

Responsibilities
Generate and analyze engineered T cells with Hydropore and electroporationDesign, execute and analyze experiments independently and with other scientistsCommunicate experimental plans, data, and progress proactively with a distributed teamContribute to data analysis, writing and peer-reviewed publication of resultsRequirements
Bachelors with 3 to 5 years experience, Masters with 1 to 3 years experience, Doctorate or PostdocExperience in cell culture of primary human cells and immortalized cell linesExperience with common immunological lab techniques and methods, such as: functional in vitro immune cell assays, immunoprofiling by flow cytometry, cytokine secretion assays and cytotoxicity assaysExperience with flow cytometry/FACS and data analysis software (ie. FlowJo, Excel, GraphPad Prism)Preferred Skills
Project management experienceInterest in or experience with biomicrofluidicsDemonstrated research (i.e. publications & patents) track recordPrimary immune cell transfection and transduction (i.e. enrichment, activation, cryopreservation, etc.)Experience with next-generation sequencing and transcriptome profilingAbility to work independently as well as lead others and manage a small labComfortable creating presentations and presenting dataExperience with laboratory automationThe Offer
