As a Product Manager at INBRAIN, you will be responsible for driving the definition and execution of the product development roadmap for our BCI therapeutic platform. This role is critical in ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across hardware and software modules, working closely with engineering, clinical, translational, and regulatory teams.

You will be at the forefront of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in people´s lives worldwide.
Your profile

Main responsibilities:

  • Own the detailed planning and execution of product milestones across multiple cross-functional workstreams (hardware, software, usability, regulatory).
  • Translate clinical and user needs into actionable product requirements and ensure their validation and traceability.
  • Work closely with Engineering to prioritize work, unblock development hurdles, and make trade-off decisions in real-time.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to track progress, surface risks, and ensure timely decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation including product specifications, decision logs, and development roadmaps.
  • Define, plan, and execute or ensure coordination of formative and summative usability evaluations, aligning them with product milestones to drive informed, timely decisions. This includes identifying the right questions and methods to de-risk usability at each stage, adapting the approach based on resource availability.
  • Provide visibility and updates to senior leadership on progress and critical blockers.

Mandatory Qualifications and Soft skills:

  • 5+ years in a Product role within medical devices, digital health, or deeptech industries.
  • Strong project execution and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple complex workstreams.
  • Proven experience owning a full product lifecycle and working closely with engineers and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading usability and human factors workstreams.
  • Business acumen and product sense, with the ability to zoom out, prioritize, and make trade-offs aligned with company goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive alignment across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action—able to zoom in and out and focus on what matters most at each stage.
  • High degree of ownership, autonomy, and accountability; proactive in surfacing blockers and proposing solutions.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and remain resilient in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Curiosity and humility to learn from others while constructively challenging assumptions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with neuromodulation, brain-computer interfaces, or implantable devices.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA Design Controls).
  • Experience in Agile product development.
  • Ability to manage technical documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Notion).
