As a Thin Films Process Engineer, you will lead the feasibility, process development, and equipment bring-up for cutting-edge micro-assembly processes used in flexible medical device manufacturing. This role will focus on developing and optimizing key processes, such as laser scribing, lift-off and delamination of polyimide (PI) devices, tab bonding, ACF bonding, pick-and-place assembly, and wafer testing and inspection as well as other potentially.
You will be at the forefront of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in people´s lives worldwide.
This position will be office-based in Bellaterra.
