What You’ll Do
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centered counselling in clinic and virtually
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, OTs, kinesiologists, and other team members to optimize outcomes
- Manage your own caseload with full administrative support
- Participate in team huddles, rounds, and continuous learning opportunities
- Make a real, daily impact on clients’ lives and recovery
What You Bring
- MA/MEd in Counselling Psychology or equivalent
- Registered and in good standing (RCC, CCC, or equivalent)
- 1+ years of clinical experience
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Alignment with NeuroPeak’s mission and values
Bonus if you have: ICBC/WorkSafeBC/LTD experience, return-to-work programs, CBT/ACT/Somatic/Trauma-based therapies, or experience with concussion, persistent pain, PTSD, or neurological populations
