We’re Looking For:
A Registered Massage Therapist to work with us on a fee-split basis. You must be someone who’s passionate about whole-person health, skilled in therapeutic treatment, and excited to collaborate within a dynamic care team.

Must-Haves:

• Registered and in good standing with the CMTBC
• Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
• Excellent communication and charting practices
• Commitment to client-centered, evidence-informed care
• Alignment with our mission and values

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with ICBC, WorkSafeBC, or extended health billing
• Interest in neurorehab, concussion care, chronic pain populations or sports related injuries
• Eagerness to contribute to an interdisciplinary, learning-driven environment

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage services (in-clinic)
• Treat a diverse caseload—from neurological rehab and injury recovery to general wellness and workplace clients
• Collaborate with our supportive team on shared care plans
• Manage your caseload with full admin + reception support (including direct billing)
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to their recovery journey
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
