Job Summary
We’re seeking a Clinical Specialist who blends clinical expertise with industry savvy — someone who's eager to help our customers succeed post-sale and expand NeuroCatch adoption across healthcare, research, and performance sectors.
This role is ideal for someone with a clinical background (OT/PT/SLP/RN or similar) in the neuro-rehabilitation or cognitive assessment space and experience in medical device implementation, after-sales support, onboarding/training, and ideally upselling or expansion within client accounts. You’ll play a key role in educating and empowering users, supporting sales, and being a trusted clinical voice for our tech.
This is a fully remote role with travel required across the U.S. for client support and events. Occasional travel to our Head Office in Surrey, BC (Greater Vancouver area) may also be required.

What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical or allied health role (neuro experience strongly preferred), with additional experience in industry (sales, sales support, training, integration)
- Experience with medical technology implementation, customer success, or clinical sales support
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and excited about innovation in brain health
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your time and territory effectively
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or other relevant health/science field
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with neurophysiology or cognitive performance
- Experience in research/clinical sales environments
- Existing network or client relationships on the East Coast
