Furthermore, we are a multidisciplinary team, comprised of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, Clinical Counsellors, and Rehabilitation Assistants. Our team of clinicians utilize a broad range of skills working with trauma, concussion & brain injury, chronic pain, PTSD, and a range of neurological conditions to deliver client-centered care with the aim of improving the client’s quality of life.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of BC
- Master’s degree or degree in physiotherapy
- 2+ years of experience as a physiotherapist is required
- Clinical experience with neurological populations (e.g., post-concussion, vestibular, persistent pain) is an asset
- Previous experience with ICBC, LTD, and/or WorkSafe BC referrals is an asset
- 1-year experience in a return-to-work setting is an asset
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills along with strong interpersonal skills
- WSBC ECAT Program experience is an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
What You Can Expect:
- Full-time or part-time positions available – employee or contractor position options
- Provide care to clients presenting with various injuries and conditions
- Ability to work within a structured multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, kinesiologists, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and registered clinical counselors
- Active participation in team conferences/ rounds involving clients
- Independently manage caseload with support from team leads and admin
- Provide and carry out consultation, treatment plans, and ongoing support to clients
- Provide client progress and written reports
- Regular communication and collaboration with health team members (internally and externally) along with referral sources
- Case management input to assessment, treatment planning, stakeholder discussions/problem-solving, conflict resolution, risk management, and discharge planning
- Ongoing involvement in professional development independently and with the team
- Other duties as required
