Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of BC
• Master’s degree or degree in physiotherapy
• 2+ years of experience as a physiotherapist is required
• Clinical experience with neurological populations (e.g., post-concussion, vestibular, persistent pain) is an asset
• Previous experience with ICBC, LTD, and/or WorkSafe BC referrals is an asset
• 1-year experience in a return-to-work setting is an asset
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills along with strong interpersonal skills
• WSBC ECAT Program experience is an asset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

What You Can Expect:

• Full-time or part-time positions available – employee or contractor position options
• Provide care to clients presenting with various injuries and conditions
• Ability to work within a structured multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, kinesiologists, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and registered clinical counselors
• Active participation in team conferences/ rounds involving clients
• Independently manage caseload with support from team leads and admin
• Provide and carry out consultation, treatment plans, and ongoing support to clients
• Provide client progress and written reports
• Regular communication and collaboration with health team members (internally and externally) along with referral sources
• Case management input to assessment, treatment planning, stakeholder discussions/problem-solving, conflict resolution, risk management, and discharge planning
• Ongoing involvement in professional development independently and with the team
• Other duties as required
