The wearable sensor enables real-time functional hemodynamic monitoring for patients requiring cardiopulmonary and fluid resuscitation.

Flosonics Medical is seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations & Salesforce Administrator to support the continued growth of our commercial organization. Reporting to the commercial leadership team, this role is responsible for optimizing sales processes, administering Salesforce CRM, delivering meaningful business insights, and ensuring the sales team has the systems, tools, and resources needed to succeed.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce administration expertise with a passion for process improvement, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence across sales, customer support, and commercial operations while supporting the successful adoption of Salesforce throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows.
  • Standardize commercial processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Support pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and sales performance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial processes with broader business objectives.

Salesforce Administration & Optimization

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for the organization.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, and system configurations.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, page layouts, dashboards, reports, and automations.
  • Coordinate Salesforce integrations with other business systems as required.
  • Monitor data quality through regular audits and implement data governance best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, user experience, and adoption.
  • Provide ongoing Salesforce support and training to commercial team members.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including playbooks, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for new sales team members on Salesforce and commercial systems.
  • Ensure the sales organization has access to the tools, information, and resources needed to maximize performance.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and commercial policies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.

Commercial Operations Support

  • Support the sales team with quote generation, contract administration, and opportunity management.
  • Coordinate customer account setup, maintenance, order processing, product shipments, and related commercial activities.
  • Provide administrative support for both commercial and clinical customers.
  • Assist with operational support for clinical studies, including participant recruitment, informed consent coordination, patient chart reviews, and data collection activities, as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Current Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience administering Salesforce, including user management, reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, and system configuration.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Sales Enablement, or a related role.

Preferred:

  • Experience within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and process automation.

COMPENSATION:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 CAD annually. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
