About the Role

The Growth Marketing Team at Eko is the expansion engine of our business and is responsible for driving the business forward through both digital and offline channels. Our team is highly cross-functional, and we work closely with other teams in the organization. We are a group of thoughtful, strategic, and analytical thinkers who are committed to sharing Eko with the world.

We’re seeking a Paid Social Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid social advertising channels including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Influencers. This role is for a data-driven, results-oriented marketer with deep ‘hands on keys’ expertise in social ad platforms managing large scale budgets of $1M+/month. As a key member of Eko’s Growth Marketing Team, you will own the media strategy, execution, and overall performance of these channels and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes across the funnel.

The Impact You Will Make:

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for paid social campaigns across meta, tiktok, and other social platforms.

  • Develop and implement full-funnel media plans that drive brand awareness, acquisition, and retargeting performance for healthcare professionals.

  • Manage and optimize campaigns within platforms to drive strong ROAS and effectively scale media spend.

  • Collaborate with the creative marketing team to develop compelling ad assets and landing page experiences tailored to each channel and campaign.

  • Define and manage budgets across channels by continuously reviewing and adjusting media spend to achieve scale while aligning with performance targets.

  • Lead audience segmentation strategies to build and refine high-performing audience cohorts.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including data privacy changes, new ad formats, and media innovations, and apply learnings to enhance our media strategy.

  • Test new ad formats and audience types to uncover untapped growth opportunities, following a structured test-and-learn plan.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other channel managers, ecommerce, customer care, and business intelligence teams to share insights, align on messaging and ensure a seamless customer experience.

The Value You Will Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience managing meta and tiktok campaigns with a strong preference, from a direct-to-consumer brand.

  • Proven success overseeing full-funnel media campaigns with at least $500K monthly spend across platforms.

  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, CPM, CPV, CTR, LTV, viewability) and media attribution approaches.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies, customer insights, and performance optimizations.

  • Experience working with creative and analytics teams to build high-performing creative and audience experiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable testing new ideas quickly and scaling what works

It would also be great if you had...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience marketing to digital health, medtech, or DTC audiences is a plus.
  • Experience with web analytics, channel analytics and marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, StackAdapt, Trade Desk, etc.).

  • Prior experience working with compliance in regulated industries such as healthcare or medical devices.

  • A passion for mission-driven work and improving lives through technology.
