We’re seeking a Partnerships Lead on the Provider Team to play a hands-on role in building, activating, and scaling partnerships. This is an individual contributor role for someone excited to own partner relationships end-to-end, from identifying and engaging new partners, to launching them successfully, to working with them to grow sales over time.
The Partnerships Lead will execute against an established playbook to expand our global reseller and distribution network. This includes researching the partner landscape, building and managing a target outreach list, conducting partner outreach, clearly communicating Eko’s value proposition, supporting agreement execution and order placement, and coordinating onboarding and launch readiness. They will also support and grow existing partners by serving as a primary point of contact and driving long-term partner success.
As a key customer-facing contributor, this role will manage multiple partnerships in parallel - maintaining pipeline visibility, coordinating cross-functional timelines, handling partner requests, and delivering performance reporting. This role offers the opportunity to have a direct, visible impact on Eko’s growth while helping evolve and improve our partnerships playbook over time.
As Partnerships Lead – Provider Team at Eko, You Will:
- Playbook Execution: Execute against Eko’s partnerships playbook to identify, onboard, and activate new partners in support of team goals.
- Reseller Partnership Development: Own end-to-end partner development, including identifying priority targets, researching and building outreach strategies, and guiding partners from initial engagement through onboarding and launch.
- Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Lead partnership-related cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch. Define requirements, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and drive execution.
- Timeline Management: Drive cross-functional timelines across internal teams to ensure partner launch readiness and delivery against shared KPIs.
- Inventory & Order Processing: Manage and process partner inventory and order requests, coordinating with internal teams to meet partner needs on time.
- Partner-Facing Materials: Create and improve partner-facing materials, including sales collateral, creative assets, and brand guidelines, to ensure consistent branding and effective messaging.
- Performance Reporting: Product regular partner performance reports and pipeline updates, maintaining accurate forecasts to inform planning and decision-making.
- Partner Engagement: Plan and lead regular meetings to drive engagement and growth; own agenda development and meeting logistics.
- Product Innovation Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product innovation plans align with and support partners’ sales objectives.
As Partnerships Lead – Provider Team at Eko, You Have:
- Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a key liaison across internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives are well-coordinated, clearly communicated, and aligned with business priorities.
- Market & Partner Insights: Conduct ongoing market and partner research to stay informed on industry trends and new opportunities to grow the partnerships channel.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in partnership workflows and help implement improvements to increase speed, consistency, and scalability.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets related to partner activities and events, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all partnership activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
As Partnerships Lead – Provider Team at Eko, Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, customer-facing operations, or related roles.
- Experience managing both external and internal relationships and processes end-to-end.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
- Proactive, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
