Sales Operations & Cross-functional Support:
· Oversee and optimize revenue-generating sales and retention processes by ensuring seamless integration between the sales team, marketing, and operational customer support.
· Manage and maintain the data integrity of HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of sales opportunities, customer interactions, case resolution and pipeline management.
· Provide real-time analytics and insights to support sales forecasting, lead tracking, and deal progression.
· Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboard reporting to assess the effectiveness of sales efforts, account management and marketing campaigns.
· Identify inefficiencies in commercial operations and suggest process improvements.
· Continuously evaluate sales tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and automation capabilities.
· Develop and implement streamlined workflows for the commercial team, ensuring smooth coordination across functions.
Sales & Marketing Data Analyses:
· Analyze performance data from digital marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, paid search, display, SEO) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
· Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate campaign KPIs, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
· Track and report on marketing funnel metrics including reach, engagement, conversion, and retention.
· Identify and recommend areas for improvement or investment based on historical performance and predictive analytics.
· Maintain data accuracy and integrity across platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), and marketing automation tools.
· Present findings to marketing leadership in a clear and compelling way to influence future strategies.
· Assist in the identification of key customer segments/targets and work with commercial leadership to develop land-expand-grow strategies to accelerate market penetration.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial operations or sales operations, in healthcare, medical device, or subscription-based healthcare technology company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics, Marketing or a related field. Advanced certifications or training in commercial operations or sales management is a plus.
- Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, specifically HubSpot, to manage and track sales pipelines, campaign sequences and customer targets.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of healthcare services and solutions, with the ability to analyze and understand the needs of various healthcare stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a startup or growth-stage company, demonstrating the ability to handle dynamic and evolving operational needs
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operational customer support and leadership teams to drive business outcomes.
Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, generate insights, and present findings to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including configuration, reporting, campaign sequences and pipeline management. Potential future migration to Salesforce.com.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
