Customer Supply Junior/Specialist
Your Responsibilities
Enter & validate Sales Orders in Esker and SAP to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal requirements
Manage Sales Order Modifications in SAP, including changes and updates as requested
Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues (delays, shortages, system errors)
Communicate effectively with the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in subsidiaries to resolve order-related issues
Meet deadlines in line with documented procedures and the company’s best practices
Our Requirements
Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail
Ability to take initiative, assess risks and perform effectively under pressure
Technical Skills: familiarity with SAP systems will be a plus
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable
Language Skills: communicative knowledge of English
Teamwork skills
Prior experience in similar administrative or order processing roles is an asset
