Job description:

We are looking for an Global Application Specialist who will work and grow within the Customer Service Immunoassays franchise and will report to the Global Customer Service Manager within a team of 9 co-workers.

What will be your responsibilities within bioMérieux ?

  • Ownership of investigations and technical support.
    • Management of technical support and customer complaints for subsidiaries and distributors, including technical coaching and promotion of proactive troubleshooting.
    • Coordination of end‑to‑end technical investigations with Manufacturing, R&D, Vigilance, and Quality.
    • Contribution to Field Actions, sharing of best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Execution of service projects and contribution to service strategy.
    • Leadership of service deliverables and product-related projects (documentation, validations, CSNs, PDP/G2M/GOM) in coordination with Marketing, Training, and Global Operations.
    • Contribution to Go‑To‑Market activities and product obsolescence, acting as the technical voice of the field and maintaining product expertise to support new launches.
  • Management of hypercare and product lifecycle.
    • Lead hypercare phases and post-launch performance, support obsolescence strategies, and act as service documentation referent by coordinating actions with R&D, Quality/MSCQ, and Marketing to ensure operational excellence.


Profile description:

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree +3/4 (equivalent to a BSc/MSc) in science, biology, or pharmacy.
  • Over 5 years of customer service experience in immunology, with expertise in immunoassay reagents and full product lifecycle management—from design to post‑launch stabilization.
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional projects (Immunology R&D, Supply Chain, QA, Manufacturing, Marketing) and contributing to Go‑To‑Market strategies, deployment, and end‑of‑life management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills in a global environment, collaborating with international teams, distributors, and laboratories; fluent in English, additional language appreciated.
