Job description:
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Product Owner (Marketo) who will work and grow within the the Global Commercial Operations Excellence organization, in the Digital Solutions for Commerce team.
This fixed‑term (6 months – renewable) replacement role is designed to ensure continuity of marketing automation operations and roadmap execution during a maternity leave period. This position is based in Marcy L’Etoile.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will cover the full scope of the existing Marketo Product Owner role, including:
Strategy & Roadmap Delivery
- Design and deliver the marketing automation operational structure, integrated into business processes and aligned with business needs and commercial targets.
- Build and execute the deployment strategy and roadmap, including stage gates and clear milestones, focusing on the pilot countries (US and France).
Product Ownership
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring efficient sprint management and prioritization of features within the allocated budget.
- Represent the Voice of Business across project governance and collaboration forums.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work daily with teams across Marketing, MarCom, Digital Marketing, IS (Business Analysts, Project Managers), at global and regional levels.
- Support alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure optimal adoption and continuous improvement.
Operations & Campaign Performance
- Support the build and execution of marketing automation campaigns with structured, scalable processes.
- Ensure the Marketo instance is optimized, robust, and aligned with lead management processes and Salesforce CRM integration.
Who are you?
- You bring 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, lead generation & qualification processes.
- You have a proven experience with Adobe Marketo.
- Practice of Agile/SCRUM methodologies, including backlog and sprint management.
- You demonstrate strong communication capabilities, coupled with solid organization and synthesis skills
- You have a business-oriented mindset.
- You thrive in transversal roles and excel at driving change and ensuring product delivery.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
